Experience:	I teach in a college for 15 years. My lessons are designed to help students truly master Economics — not just the concepts, but also how to apply them effectively to score well. Once students grasp the key ideas, I guide them to understand exactly what examiners are looking for, so they can write with clarity, precision, and confidence. I adopt a structured yet motivating approach: I check their understanding regularly, challenge them to think critically, and provide targeted feedback to push their performance higher. At the same time, I build a positive and supportive classroom environment that keeps students motivated and eager to improve. Till date, I: Pioneered successful flipped classroom experience for learning of Economics. Several YouTube videos (e.g. https://youtu.be/Fm7RI4XTw98?si=x77VCEAYqvEXzIAZ) were created in the process. - Pioneered the use of authentic assessment / assignment to pique students' interest in reading about current events in the topic of market failure and government intervention. - More than 40% students achieved an A for H1 Economics at A-Level Examination. I was the only tutor for the subject. - In 2015, I achieved 100% ABs from a H2 class of about 25 students.
